The living room features a beautiful fireplace to cozy up next to on chilly mountain nights, a soft couch perfect for lounging, and a dining table that comfortably seats your group for meals or game nights. The open floor plan creates an easy flow into the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything you need to prepare meals—pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cooking basics, and even mountain views to inspire your inner chef. A striking wall of windows stretches across the main living space, letting in tons of natural light and showcasing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Step out onto the large deck, where you’ll find seating to soak up the sunshine or stargaze at night. Just off the porch sits a private hot tub—a guest favorite! It’s the perfect place to relax after a hike or a day of exploring. Kindly note that neighbors may be visible from the hot tub area, so we ask that you enjoy it with care and respect for the surrounding homes. Back inside, there is a spacious king bedroom off the kitchen, complete with a smart TV and cozy linens for a restful night’s sleep. Also on the main level, you’ll find a full bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience—especially helpful for longer stays or after outdoor adventures. Upstairs in the cozy A-frame loft is a second king bedroom, offering privacy, beautiful views, and a peaceful space to wake up surrounded by trees and mountain light. Head downstairs to the lower level and you’ll find a full entertainment zone! The basement features a theater room with a large screen and comfy seating for movie nights in, plus a game area complete with a shuffleboard table—perfect for some friendly competition. Whether you're here to hike, relax in the hot tub, curl up by the fire, or enjoy a movie marathon, this thoughtfully designed A-frame is the perfect base for your mountain escape.
Other Details to Note
Important (Please Read)! Kindly note: neighbors may be visible from the hot tub area, so we ask that you enjoy it with care and respect for the surrounding homes. We do NOT accept check-in or check-out on holidays. Absolutely NO open fires are allowed. The risk of wildfire in the area is too high. The gas firepit out back is available when there is no fire ban. If there is a fire ban, the firepit will be removed. You will be asked to leave immediately if there is any fire activity. Pets This is a dog-friendly listing for dogs who qualify. Please message us before booking for our pet policy to see if your dogs qualify. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaners’ extra time to keep the space fresh for future guests. Please note the only way to the loft is the ladder staircase which is not safe for pets. When we have our pup there he sleeps on the lower level. Dogs are currently the only pets we accept. The roads require AWD or 4WD for November through April (however it can snow in October and in May!). The roads are plowed after 6 inches of snow. You do not need a 4WD or AWD in the summer but be aware that the dirt roads in the neighborhood are bumpy!
