Situated just 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods, our guest suite features free parking, high-speed WiFi, a spacious deck, and a smart 55" TV. With its private entrance, guests can come and go quickly and securely. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, it provides easy access to nearby trails for a peaceful stroll. Please note: this property is entirely private, and it is the entire downstairs of our family home.
Good to know
The suite is a private walkout basement with its own entrance off the lower deck in the backyard. The suite includes a guest room with 2 beds (one queen and one full), a full bathroom, a living area with dining, and comfy seating. The living area includes a large TV equipped with all the main streaming apps! Outside, you’ll have access to your own private deck and seating area. Free parking is available on the street.
Other Details to Note
We live in the main and upper level of the house. We have 3 little kids and a nice little dog. We will be mindful of our noise level and respect the quiet hours we have in place 10p-7a. You will likely here us moving around but we tend to be up early and to bed early. We do not allow check in or check out on holidays! Smoking of any kind is prohibited. We have small children and do not allow this in the guest suite. There are other properties in the area that allow marijuana, if this is what you are coming to Colorado for please stay elsewhere. As of March 2021 we are officially recognized by the city of Colorado Springs as a short term rental (Permit number: STR-1812)

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Our home is in a small neighborhood with direct access to the Sinton Trail. This trail will connect you to Garden of the Gods (approximately a 3 mile walk) and Santa Fe Trail. There are multiple breweries and restaurants nearby. Please ask us about our favorites! We are minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. Many great local favorites are also nearby, including Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, Manitou Springs, the Olympic Museum, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Air Force Academy, as well as many great hiking areas and restaurants. Downtown is only a 10 minute drive or 25 minute bike ride (on trails!). We are 20 minutes from the Colorado Springs airport, and an hour and 20 minutes from Denver airport.

Public transportation in Colorado Springs is not great, but Uber and Lyft are reliable. We do recommend you have a vehicle. Trails are close and connect all over the city, so bikes are great, too!
